it's basically about people who have a particular ailment, causing them to have water in their heads instead of brains (of course the water-brain ratio varies). some die young, some are retarded, some are super smart. (oo, don't your eyes twinkle at the two last words)
i skimmed through the article, read the top quarter, and the last quarter (upper quartile and lower quartile! -maniacal laughter-). too lazy to plough through the whole thing.
