it's 2007, a NEW YEAR. things to do....

happy new year everyone :)!!

today i went out with the class to play badminton at cck stadium. well, at least 9 of us turned up :p. ok i can't be bothered to count, hopefully i'm right on the number hehehe.

my stamina sucks and my stomach fat has started to accumulate into an obvious lumpy layer. indeed, what a great way to start 2007. why do i feel like bridget jones? but had a great time playing badminton. i should be more disciplined and run around bishan once a week. HEH.

went to collect a korean series that i bought from yahoo auctions. my first time! was pretty frightened and thrilled all at the same time, but i rationalised that i shouldn't be scared as the person meeting me should be a girl. i mean, how often do you get guys who buy soapy korean dramas and watch them? so yea. the show i bought is called I'm Sorry, I Love You. i've just watched the first 5 episodes, and bah, it's sad. and funny. and the acting by the 2 leads are great. it's not a typical korean drama(eg Full House, Goong). it has themes of family love too. interesting lar. ok guys who are rolling your eyes, don't comment, thanks hehheh.

just went to bee's blog, and i agree with her on not making new year resolutions. i mean, why make them when i know i will break them?? HAHAA. :p

but i shall write down things that i hOPE will happen. heh. i'm not resolute on them, guess that's the difference.

1) get my driving license by this year(this is a must)
2) try to save money. spend less.
3) make an effort to meet up with friends.
4) be nicer to people whenever possible.
5) be more patient.
6) be healthier. exercise more(at least once per week, and do crunches). eat LESS.
7) clean up my room asap.
8) reply christmas cards. SIGH. i suck lar..
9) burn all my manga and anime into cds. free up hard disk space.
10) learn a bit of a new language. maybe korean/japanese/cantonese/hokkien???
11) go for the saturday or sunday services at buddhist fellowship.
12) go clubbing at least once for the experience.
13) go to jazz pubs with my friends after getting my salary.
14) rmb to go for dental appointments. i always forget hahahaha.
15) be nicer and more patient with my family.
16) stop thinking. just do what i have to do.
17) start working really hard for my future.
18) rmb to check out the australia universities.
19) be happier! smile! and may i be able to bring a smile to other people's faces too.
