this and that
tag board is down, gone, and no longer free.
damn.
record: i studied whole of organic chem in 1 day. like omg. amazing. but of course, this doesn't mean that i remembered everything HAHAHA. speed comes with a price. blame it on extra assignments.
running: i went to jog today at bishan park! yea, havent exercised in 2 weeks, feel like a piece of fat flab. i'm quite satisfied with my timing, given that i wasn't trying to run fast. i was just trying to run comfortably at a constant pace.
i ran 2.4k in about 17mins. walked for 200m. then started running again. in total, i took about 25-30mins to run 4k, excluding walking distance. whee :).
piracy: the police are starting to arrest people for illegal downloading of media. hmmmmmmmmx.
NANA: watched the live version. well, it was okay lar. but hey, takumi is just... HOT. one of the few things that saved the show, in my very humble opinion. kukuku~! and i think the actor's protrayal of the character was the best. but yet again, he had very little screen time(that may explain why) hahahaha. aiyar, actually all of them were not bad. but i felt that there was no chemistry between nana and ren. ren couldn't make it. just terrible lar.
ok i shall go back to chem. sighie.

bad day
my day was spoilt at night. ok i guess i had a bad night then.
just 2 things were enough.
1) fruit juice.
2) council related. link it up to my weak character.
sucks. now my mood is just so affected that i cant do my math. urgh. &%^%*@*!
ok update. settled 2). as for 1), i guess it was long settled, just that it made me nauseous and upset. i need to get a grip on my emotions, man. like come on, it's not time for PMS! since my body does not respond to normal biological periodical behaviour, looks like i have to educate it. thus, i shall force myself to be in a good mood.
...good night.

wow
it never fails to amaze me, my ability to waste my weekends away.
i sleep at around 1.30am on friday night, wake up at 10am on saturday, sleep again at 1pm-5pm(yes this is what i call afternoon nap SIGH), sleep at 1.30am, wake up on sunday morning 9am(my bro dragged me up cuz he helped me buy macs breakfast yayyyy) and i went back to sleep from 2-5pm. SIGHHHH.
am i a pig, or am i a pig?
am i actually being rhetoric? HAHAHA.
and the worst part is that when i'm awake, i don't make use of my time wisely. i shan't go into details, if not i'll drown in guilt.
siigh.

VIVO and True Love
whoa the new giant mall, Vivo, is opening in singapore! ok, i shall show how ignorant i am. i didn't know the existance of this mall(that it was under construction) until today, when it appeared in Life!. geez.
whoa ho, guess what? i have TWO straight buses there! 166 and 855. gee. is this a sign from heaven? oh, a blessing bestowed onto me. an ominous shadow looms near my parents' wallet. oh boy, exciting days to come.
and in the main section of The Straits Times, check out True love: Let's calculate the odds, pg 27. probabilities on finding true love is charted by the poisson curve! woohoo! finally we make some use of our 14 years of education! geez.
i'm trying to search for an image of the poisson curve. it's getting me all curious and fired up. roaaarr.
ok i'm back. hmmx looks like the poisson curve looks like the bell curve. except instead of being bell shaped, it's more of a steeple(as described by Michael Kaplan in the article). meaning it looks sharper and more steep. wanna know what a steeple looks like, go google images. and to those smart alecs who already know that the poisson curve looks similar to a normal curve, shut up. i'm ignorant :p. and ignorance is bliss muahahahaha.
boy, so fiery, i am. spitting acid like a volcano spewing larva. hmm i had a stupid and more graphic imagery in mind but never mind, spare the innocents, we must. must be the lack of sleep. hahaha
anyway today's newspapers are interesting. but boy it takes up so much time to read! and i haven't read Home section :(. sigh. what a consuming activity.

How Many JC Students Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?
hey everyone! here's a super old joke that still makes me laugh. and i think it's pretty good! :) they keep on coming up with better and more updated versions. kudus to those people with too much free time in their hands to come up with this!
Q: How many RJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: 4 whole faculties. One fac to design the new bulb, one fac to test it out, one fac to market it and one guy to write a stupid Email about light bulbs.
Q: How many HCJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: The whole school...to compete with RJC...
Q: How many VJC students does it take to change a light bulb?
A: The whole school...one to screw it in and the rest to cheer and wave flags and banners to give him/her support.

A: NO LIGHT STILL CAN STUDY!!!

Male Restroom Etiquette
this is pretty funny, yet pretty stupid. hahaha.
Ouran High School Host Club has ended, just watched its last episode. i'm quite satisfied with its ending. and the music is really nice, at its climax. grr can't find that piece online.
anyway yesterday i went for a jazz concert at the esplanade by Aya Sekine. very good performance! very entertaining, enjoyable. a noisier type of jazz concert though. there's the electric quitar too haha. i like. :)

ok i'm too lazy to follow up on my previous entry, so forget it.

oh i love RAIN too. you know the show he's acting in, A Love To Kill, oh, i love the theme song. it makes me feel like crying. so uberly sad. heart wrenching. anybody feel like sobbing, i can send the song to you.
prelims are over, gotten back all of my papers other than GP Paper 2. oh please, may i pass. anyway i've improved in all of my subjects(other than GP). i've done badly for chem, but hey, i improved(though minimally). sigh.
hmmx let's see what's new and hip and happening. oh! jia li cut her hair. it's very futuristic. yep! (jia li if u see this, congrats haha. you are considered hip and happening!)
after A's, i'm going to make the comic book store in AMK my new home. shall just sit down there and read for free. whee! oh the anime Ergo Proxy is no longer up on youtube! damn copyright laws.
i'm going for a jazz concert tonight. may it be good. sigh. what a boring life.
sometimes i wish i'm a star. a celebrity. shallow indeed, but i don't know. the glamour and fame is so seductive. of course, you'll probably fall into the dark abyss and can never return. but you know, it's just nice to fantasize about it once in a while.
